1. Winning shall be limited to only one cash prize win or non-cash prize  per family, per household, per contestant within 30 days on 98.9 “The Wolf”  Contestants may not misrepresent themselves in an attempt to win or claim prizes.

2. Employees of Opus Broadcasting Systems, Inc., any sponsor or co-sponsor and their families, are ineligible.

3. Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older with current identification.

4. All federal, state and local laws apply.  Contest is void where prohibited.  All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner or winners.

5. By claiming a prize, winner or winners consent to the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and likeness for promotional and or advertising purposes in connection with the contest.  Winners may be required to furnish an affidavit of eligibility and release.

6. 98.9 “The Wolf” is not responsible for telephone malfunctions of any kind prior to or during any contest.  Should the contestant be cut-off due to a malfunction, the next in line will be allowed to play.

7. Contest information and winner’s names is available for inspection at the Opus Broadcast offices during normal business hours at 511 Rossanley Drive, Medford, Oregon.

8. Contest winners must claim prizes within two weeks from the date of winning at our Opus Broadcast offices, unless other arrangements have been agreed on.

9. All claims are subject to verification by 98.9 “The Wolf” judges and “all decisions” are final.
